Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards 2010

A Board of Directors Special Tribute was awarded to Alexander McQueen posthumously at the ‘Council of Fashion Designers of America’ awards in NY.

Marc Jacobs was honoured with the Womenswear Designer of the Year award, while David Bowie's wife, Iman, received the Fashion Icon Awa

Alexander McQueen was named International Designer of the Year before his death.

I think there is no one more deserving, and I'm glad they gave him a special tribute award – the man was amazing!
