Sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend, I had to move
house so that was fairly hectic! I still am only about 95% done so over the
next couple of days that will also be taking up my time; bear with me!
Blitz the night was on Saturday night with people in fashion
in Perth filling the studio.
The backstage area was crazy with not a very big space to
work with, as well as a designer just not showing up!
So that
made things hard, as each model only had 1 and a half minutes to get changed.
Keep in mind some of the outfits included stockings, corsets and accessories!!
Emily
Bathgate did a great job of running the show, organising models and dressers
and all other behind the scenes concerns. In the end it was a great night,
great people, I was so tired after the 7 hours I was there setting up and
running around I didn’t even go out! Very full on but lots of fun.
Designers
shown included Ginger Fox Vintage, Pardon My French, Natasha Mapleson, Red Dusk
Jewellery and a few others.
I’ll be
sure to round up a few photos, and sorry there are no backstage ones – half naked
models are not too keen to have their photos taken haha.
Thanks for sharing Candice, good luck with moving :) & the Blitz night sounds fun :)
