Nail Colour for Autumn / Winter

Neutral colours like black, charcoals, matte greys and even silvers are very, very hot this season. Avoid colours like hot pinks and corals (so last season!) Neutral  colours work well and they co-ordinate with all outfits this season, everything from the military feel to the navy, black and grey boots, tights, stockings and scarves we are all rugging up in.

There are options if you feel like a bit more colour or your skintone cannot wear grey easily (i.e. try and contrast with your skintone. If you have very dark skin however, you can wear both bright and dark colours well. If you have very fair skin, avoid pale colours and very light nudes. Dark grey will look daring, black will look gothic.)

Try dark blues, metallics can work well and midnight purples as well. Browns can work well this season too, but again, be careful which browns you chose, opt for a more bronze colour if you aren't sure what matte browns will work.
