As you probably all know, it was the Logies on Sunday, another great opportunity for Australians to show off their talent and style in the Australian television industry.
Here is what they wore, in no particular order;
(Please forgive the lack of names, I don’t watch enough soap operas to know all the actresses!)
Teal is always a great colour, red and blue are often “safe” colour choices, assuming it suits you, its a little bit different without being too out there. I really like one shoulder dresses as well. Girl on the right looks very stern and a v neck, dark blue satin dress is a very boring choice.
This dress is sweet and pretty simple, the beading is quite elegant though, pity you cant see the bottom of the dress.
This dress is quite strange, it has a nude top section, her other shoulder has a cap sleeve on it (see close up) It shows quite a lot of skin, and I don’t thinks its age appropriate, although the necklace is great.
Kerri-Anne looks like the fairy godmother, definitely not a winner.
Meagan Gale looks stunning as always, nice and simple but classy as well.
This dress is gorgeous, the train is quite long and would probably get annoying, but the one shoulder and lace detailing looks great, simple bracelets and earrings complete this look and aren't vying for attention.
A very pregnant Natalie looked great, nice ruffles, although I don’t know about the hair.
Rebecca isn’t doing anything wrong here, although a very simple dress choice as well, its not fantastic.
Claudia looks a bit ridiculous, in a cross between a blazer and a dress, the gloves don’t do anything and this attempt at a ‘classic’ hollywood look hasn’t worked.
This dress is fabulous, drapes in all the right places, shows off her stunning figure, and her feature bracelet is packing some serious bling.
Also stunning, black nude and lace. A great combination, fantastic dress, definitely a winner.
Green is a great colour choice (this shade of green anyway) but I really don’t like the neckline and the cut, is very unflattering. White is a good choice, with a corset style top section and some sequin and beading, but not too much, across one shoulder again, keep it classy and not over-done. A good choice.
This is odd, lace but not quite done right, and a bit too short for an awards night.
This dress is great, nude done well, soft fabric, not too ‘pretty’ but very effective. Just the right amount of skin showing, great bag choice, shoes and bracelets too.
This is shocking, and so wrong. Sunnies inside? At night? Enough said.
Lots of sequins, very sparkly, but the dress is a simple, clean cut and is a pretty nice choice for something different.
This is a very strange combination. It looks like a bat is clinging to her torso, the necklace is way too big for such a bold dress, with its detail at the top and the hair does nothing for me as well.
Moulin Rouge and wrong in so many ways. Shocking choice of...everything.
This is a little bit too short, too cocktail-y and the shoes make it even more casual. Dress it up, ladies.
Very frumpy, very ageing, nothing special.
Gabriella has an odd dress, although blue and black is on trend at the moment, the back of her dress is floor length and the strange bodice section is not helping. Her jewellery is not co-ordinated and I'm not a fan of Winehouse style eye makeup either.
Jen looks very boring here, the dress is plain and too casual, which is sad because she normally is among the best dressed.
Ruby Rose, ever the individual dresser, looks almost scary here, with a sleeve of tattoos blending into the dress. I'm not a fan of her hair either, but each to their own.
